Macerich, an S&P 500 developer of upscale mixed-use destinations, requested a virtual concierge app to enhance the overall experience of their retail, residential, and office customers —
The app we created offers a sleek suite of features including meal delivery, membership perks, and maintenance requests-all reflective of the brand’s high-end feel. Completed within a concise product timeline and following overwhelmingly positive user testing, the app is now available on iTunes and Google Play.
For optimal results, we strongly advocated user testing. Here's what the testers said.
“It's really convenient to see the All Access discount information in one place. And it's nice to be able to pull up all of the stores where you can use your All Access card.”
“The app was user friendly and easy to navigate. It told you exactly what to do and what was what. Even the icons were labeled very clearly"
“We work long hours, so we often just don't have time to run over and get lunch. That’s why meal delivery is so awesome and helpful.”
Oscar Grand Stores App

Egypt’s favorite supermarkets needed an app to tell shoppers about their amazing selection of goods and in-house dining options, not to mention mapping to stores and way-finding once there —
It's the very the first MaaS app in the Middle East to utilize indoor mapping and guides.
We rose to the challenges of building versions in both English and Arabic while working across 8 time zones. The results delighted team Oscar and can be downloaded on iTunes and Google Play.
Rocco & Lola
Print, Packaging, Responsive Design
When I created the brand identity, packaging, and website for Rocco & Lola, the intent was to evoke something familiar for a totally new product..the first organic, grain-free breading —
I chose a simple and traditional look, like an item one might find in a 50s or 60s grocery store. Thousands have sold on Amazon and it's on shelves at Whole Foods Market and other major retailers.

Our task: create an iOS app concept to streamline a patient's journey through UT’s ambulatory surgery center —
The app was created simultaneously with the facility’s physical design, offering thrilling opportunities to push typical UX boundaries.
As the first medical school in decades to be established at a top-tier research university, amazing UX possibilities existed for incorporating new devices and new models of patient care.
We were fortunate to work directly with Stacey Chang, the Executive Director of UT’s groundbreaking new Design Institute for Health. He challenged us to relate the school's innovative new facilities to the digital component we were designing.
Our body of work became foundational research being used to build the app for one America's most future-facing healthcare institutions.

Spec project done for professional development
After investigating LivePerson’s landing page and observing their brand guidelines, I made the following recommendations to spotlight their unique selling proposition and streamline their conversion funnel while improving overall user experience and visual appeal -
- Made hero image static to bring more focus to the Call to Action
- Placed chat button beneath CTA instead of a floating action button
- Used branding colors in CTA for consistency
- Made CTA language more concise and conversational
- Placed product at the top of the site for better understanding of service
